Before You Contact Us

For the fastest order support, include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a concise description of the request. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, photographs of the item and packaging may help us investigate, but contacting us remains the first step.

Returns and Cancellations

Request a cancellation before shipment or start a return by emailing us. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery, exchanges are available, and we provide a free prepaid return label. Please wait for return instructions before sending a parcel.

Response Times
